
The Diamond Knowledge Services (KS) Team provides technical product support for the products that Diamond has implemented for our valued clients. Client support is accessible through our automated client support website or via our toll free support line during normal business hours. The Diamond KS Team strives to provide clients with a natural transition into the support mechanisms provided by Diamond so that there is a clear understanding of engagement protocols, on-line customer support options and escalation procedures.
