Diamond Hires a New General Manager

Diamond Municipal Solutions, a subsidiary of StarDyne Technologies Inc., Microsoft Business Solutions partner and leader in Municipal Finance and Utility Billing accounting application software, announced the hiring of Trudie Carlesso as Diamond’s new General Manager. Ms. Carlesso’s primary responsibility will be focused on achieving the corporate Triple Bottom Line (Employee, Customer and Financial satisfaction) in a manner consistent with the long-term growth plans of the company.

“The GM model is important to Diamond for its next stage of evolution and we are excited by being able to move forward with the talent that Trudie will bring to the table for Diamond,” said Ron Begg, COO Government Solutions Division, StarDyne Technologies Inc. “Trudie has a wealth of experience, positive attitude and is well respected in the industry; all of which will be crucial in assisting us to execute on current and future plans for Diamond.” 

Ms Carlesso’s results driven management style has proven her ability to evolve successful organizations and develop markets for unknown software products in Canada. Her in-depth knowledge of product development, implementation, finance, and sales and marketing have enabled her to excel in all her past endeavors which include various public accounting positions, a Controller, a Special Projects Manager, Vice President and President at past companies. Committed to organizational excellence, Trudie has developed her various abilities and has become known as someone who can confidently and consistently deliver in the industry.  

Trudie will begin in her new role with Diamond on July 5th, 2010 and will report directly to Ron Begg, COO of the Government Solutions Division of StarDyne Technologies Inc.  At Diamond she will assume overall management of all Diamond Municipal Solutions’ operating departments.
